Full Time On Site / WFH / Hybrid
Location: Baner, Pune

Collaborate on design, content, video or strategy projects based on your skillset

Work closely with the internal team to understand briefs, timelines and brand context

Bring your unique creative voice while aligning with the project vision

Deliver high-quality work on time with attention to detail and consistency

Jump in as needed for specific campaigns, launches or ongoing support

Communicate clearly and proactively throughout the project duration

A strong portfolio that shows your expertise and range

Ability to manage your own time and deliver reliably

Experience working with agencies or handling brand projects independently

Willingness to collaborate, iterate and work as part of a flexible team

Quick turnaround and clear communication

Openness to feedback and different creative directions

1 to 4 years of freelance or part-time experience in your creative field

Proficiency in tools relevant to your work such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro or content planning tools

Based in India with availability during working hours if needed for coordination
