Our internship and graduation project program is designed for students and young creatives who want hands-on experience across branding, design, strategy and content. Full Time On Site / WFH / Hybrid
Location: Baner, Pune

Assist on live projects across branding, social media, content, or production

Support the creative team with research, brainstorming, moodboarding and execution

Sit in on team meetings and client discussions to understand real-world workflows

Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the table

Work on your grad project with guidance and feedback from our team (if applicable)

Learn how to manage timelines, feedback, and collaborative creative work

Get a holistic view of how a design and social agency functions day-to-day

A learning mindset and willingness to experiment

Basic skills in your area of interest such as design, writing, video or strategy

Enthusiasm to participate in discussions, ask questions and contribute ideas

A portfolio or samples of your work, even if it’s from college

Respect for deadlines and team processes

Openness to feedback and collaboration

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in design, communication, media, or a related field

Available to commit to an internship for a minimum of 2 to 3 months

Based in or willing to relocate to Pune for in-person collaboration
