Social Media Manager

At Corridor, we don’t just manage social, we build brands, one post at a time. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can think strategically, write smartly, and move fast. Someone who knows how to turn an idea into a story, and a story into a community.

Minimum 2 Years of Experience

Location: Baner, Pune

    • Own the content calendar: Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day social media content for multiple brands across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

    • Craft great copy: Write captions that are engaging, on-brand, and tailored to each platform. You know when to be clever, when to be warm, and when to keep it short.

    • Drive strategy: Understand client goals, platform trends, and audience behavior to build content that works—not just looks good.

    • Coordinate with creatives: Work closely with designers, writers, and videographers to bring ideas to life with clarity and consistency.

    • Engage the community: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions. Respond in-brand, promptly, and with heart.

    • Report what matters: Track performance, analyze insights, and refine strategy accordingly.

    • Adapt and evolve: Stay ahead of trends, try new formats, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

    • Sharp writing skills: You write like a human. You understand tone, voice, and how to write for different audiences.

    • Organized mindset: You can juggle multiple calendars, deadlines, and conversations—without dropping the ball.

    • Platform fluency: You know the ins and outs of Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and whatever’s next.

    • A collaborative approach: You love working with creatives, giving clear briefs, and building strong client relationships.

    • A finger on the pulse: You're plugged into digital culture, trends, and how social is shifting in real time.

    • Curiosity and care: You ask the right questions, listen well, and genuinely care about doing great work.

    • 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably at a studio or agency

    • Experience with content planning tools (like Later, Meta Business Suite, Notion etc.)

    • A portfolio or body of work that shows off your strategic thinking and content instincts

    • Creative freedom to try new things and push boundaries
